Our meditations are created to guide you in exploring your current state. Without knowing the essence of where you are at, internally, it is nearly impossible to move forward. Closely observing our self talk around each topic allows us to take ownership of our internal dialogue and inner world.
We use this as a tool to begin exploring each new Topic.
healing
We aim to look through the lens of gentle curiosity, cultivating an acceptance of where you are at now. We utilize visualization and soft guidance to encourage self compassion, releasing tightness that may be holding you back. This has so much power as it can allow us to make the shift from feeling stuck and hopeless to accepting and motivated.
Each meditation is targeted around the topic of the week, helping guide you through the natural growth and introspection that takes place as you emerge into the women you are graciously and continuously unfolding into.
Integrative
Since change and growth requires more than observation and meditation, we will be utilizing the meditations as a starting point. We will follow with recorded courses curated specific to each weeks topic. This encourages you to dive deeper into the work behind implementing new ways of being. Journal Prompts will be utilized to help solidify a deep knowing, and to write out self commitments and reflections that keep you accountable as you are navigating and curating your new roadmap.
We celebrate our progress and findings and cultivate a strong motivation during our monthly Live Calls. This is where we all get to share what we’ve uncovered, where we are at, and receive the sisterhood and accountability that we need to keep going!
