I PAVE THE WAY FOR OUR DAUGHTERS
I pave the way for my daughter.
Showing up for myself is showing up for her.
I rise into the highest version of myself,
Breaking chains and barriers that have crept into my beliefs.
Flying over my highest dreams with relief.
I carve the most beautiful paths,
Knowing my sisters will smile as their feet travel through.
The way of beauty is the way for a smile,
Leaving behind me flowers, foundation, and trails of uncovered wisdom.
I dug it out for you, for me, in honor of my ancestors.
Miles after mile I seek truth;
Nothing less will do.
I live with deep honor to my ancestors,
Thanking them with each breath,
Each step,
And every brave move.
I do it for you, for me, for all women who come before me,
And for the sisters who follow, long after I am gone.
I listen to my inner guide, intuition;
She never leads me astray.
The sacred inner voice of a woman is raw, real, and bold.
When I choose truth,
When I am willing to abandon old comforts,
I create new pathways,
Freeing myself,
Freeing us all.
I honor all women.
I am joyous to be part of such feminine nature.
With a deep bow,
I pave the way for our daughters,
Our sisters,
Our mothers,
And all ancestors.
